Check out the 7” Adam mastered for the NYC punk band
Prowler. The EP,
On The Prowl, just came back from the pressing plant and it looks as good as it sounds! The release also features cool limited-edition color options: hunter green and ‘Jackson Pollock’. Vinyl rules!
On the Prowl was mastered at Telegraph and Produced/Mixed by
Carl Fritscher at
Acre Studios in New York.

Congrats to
Radiation City for being named the
best new band in Portland for 2012! The ladies and gentlemen of Radiation City are among the most talented musicians and songwriters you will find anywhere. Every time you think, “Wow. They really nailed it,” they top themselves. Definitely one of those bands where the payoffs come big and often. Kudos guys and gals, we can’t wait to hear what’s next!
Telegraph mastered both Radiation City’s full length debut
The Hands That Take You as well as the
Cool Nightmare EP. Both releases were produced and mixed by
Cameron Spies and Randy Bemrose. Tags: mastering, Radiation City

Adam stopped by the Tender Loving Empire store-front and found a couple of gorgeous records mastered at Telegraph.

First there’s the
Cool Nightmare 10” from
Radiation City,
produced and mixed by Cameron Spies and Randy Bemrose. It has a standard pressing (left) and a limited edition pressing (right). The limited edition comes on stunning white vinyl, with hand made cover silk screened by
Marc Girouard with laser cut lettering by Vera at
Crystal Visions. Check out the sweet burn marks around the letters!

Telegraph also put the finishing touches on the
Adventures! with Might /
Pocket Knife split 7”. The EP is the debut 7” for
Vinyl Richie Records. It was recorded at
KBC Studios and mixed by
Shay Scott,
Marc Swart, and
Issac Medina. With the dance-electro of
Adventures! With Might and the sweet melodies of
Pocket Knife this EP has something for everyone!

Look who Adam ran into at
Make It Pop 2012, a fundraiser for
PDX Pop Now. Why it’s
Brooke Parrott (you may know her from
Loch Lochmond) with an advance copy of her excellent solo EP
Buried. Brooke and her trio performed a great set along with
Matt Sheehy from
Lost Lander and
Luzelena Mendoza from
Y La Bamba.
Buried was mastered at Telegraph, Co-Produced by Brooke Parrott and Wesley Switzer, and mixed by Wesley Switzer with Asha Sukumar assisting. The official release date is June 1st, keep an ear out for it!Tags: mastering, Brooke Parrott, Buried EP, Pics
